3. Malta Permanent Residence Permits
ACS offers a full-service relating to applications by qualifying foreign nationals who would like to avail themselves of the permanent residence scheme offered by the Malta Government. This scheme is intended for foreigners wishing to retire or to otherwise stay indefinitely in Malta without working in Malta. Holders of a certificate under this scheme pay Maltese income tax at a flat rate of 15% subject to a minimum annual tax liability of €4,192.
