The Strand is the boulevard on the side of Sliema that faces Valletta and Manoel Island. The Strand is home to the ferry service from Sliema to Valletta and a multitude of stands for companies offering boat cruises around Malta and harbour cruises around the creeks of Valletta.
The Strand features a variety of shops, bars and restaurants that overlook the busy dockside.
